FLOORING SERVICE TECHNICIAN – CONCRETE COATINGS, M.D.

Concrete Coatings, M.D. specializes providing Stone & Epoxy Repair and Restoration services for the flooring industry. We are located in Twinsburg, Ohio is currently looking for Flooring Service Technician to join the team. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What you will be doing at Concrete Coatings, M.D.

·       Service Tech will travel to a customer’s home on a pre-set appointment

·       Exhibit clear communication skills during homeowner interactions

·       Properly handle company machinery and tools

·       Prep, power wash, repair and reseal Stone & Epoxy Flooring

·       Perform reactive service appointments, diagnosing and fixing any issues

·       Troubleshooting and Problem solving

·       Stock company truck daily for jobs

·       Responsible for the application and quality of work

·       Fill out work orders, contracts, etc.

·       Adhere to safety/health regulations and procedures when carrying out construction operations.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

·       Cement finishing experience and/or laborers with concrete experience preferred

·       Basic understanding of units of measure (ie feet, inches, and square feet)

·       Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·       Self-Starter who works well independently and as a team

·       Strong communication skills and attention to detail

·       Ability to establish positive rapport with customers

·       Must be able to lift 50 lbs. plus

·       Ability to pass pre-employment screening and background check

Required license or certification:

·       Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $24.04 / hour

·       Monday to Friday

·       Overtime
